The No B.S. Fast is a focused, week-long journey of spiritual discipline and renewal. Together, we are committing to a fast from bread and sugar—while also laying aside anything that has been distracting, delaying, or distancing us from a deeper relationship with Christ.

The No B.S. Fast is a seven-day season of consecration designed to help believers refocus, realign, and remove unnecessary barriers between themselves and God.
During this fast, participants will abstain from bread and sugar as a physical expression of spiritual discipline. In addition, each participant is encouraged to prayerfully identify and surrender anything—habits, distractions, mindsets, or influences—that may be hindering their walk with Christ.
